The G-Tek® Kev™ seamless knit DuPont™ Kevlar® glove features a double-dipped nitrile coated microsurface grip on the palm and fingers, making it a medium weight glove ideal for handling and assembly of medium to large parts and materials, metal fabrication, parts cleaning, mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, as well as medium to heavy fastening and anchoring tasks. The seamless knit construction ensures comfort without compromising dexterity, while the Kevlar® fiber shell offers high tensile strength, inherent cut resistance, and the ability to resist melting, ignition, and electrical conductivity. The double-dipped nitrile microsurface coating is impermeable, providing enhanced grip in both dry and oily conditions; its design incorporates thousands of tiny suction cup pockets that create a vacuum effect to disperse fluids upon contact. A knit wrist design prevents dirt and debris from entering the glove, and color-coded hems facilitate easy size identification. The gloves are also launderable, extending their lifespan and contributing to reduced replacement costs. The liner material is Kevlar®, well-regarded for providing light, comfortable, and enduring protection against heat, cuts, lacerations, and abrasions, while the nitrile coating offers remarkable puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance, as well as resistance to hydrocarbon-based oils or solvents, making them particularly suitable for industrial applications. The grip is further enhanced by the microsurface created from a soft and flexible compound filled with tiny suction cups that generate a vacuum effect upon contact with surfaces.
