The PIP® Top Grain Goatskin Leather Protector is specifically designed for use with Class 3-4 rubber insulating Novax® gloves and features a gauntlet cuff for added protection. This leather protector is intended solely for mechanical protection and is not suitable for electrical protection as per ASTM F696-06 (2011) standard. It is constructed from top grain goatskin leather, which is known for its softness and excellent abrasion resistance, making it ideal for applications that require tactile sensitivity. The smooth top grain leather offers durability and dexterity, while the split leather gauntlet cuff enhances forearm protection, facilitates quick removal, and adds water resistance. Additionally, the straight thumb design increases comfort during closed-fisted work, and a nylon strap with a buckle allows for a secure and personalized fit.
