Maxifoam® is a premium seamless knit nylon glove featuring a nitrile-coated foam grip on the palm and fingers, specifically designed for general-purpose handling in oily and dirty conditions. The nitrile microfoam coatings are compatible with light oils, providing a good grip and excellent abrasion resistance. The seamless one-piece nylon shell enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, while the knit wrist helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove. The silicone and latex-free design channels oil away to improve grip, and the light coating contributes to enhanced flexibility and dexterity with minimal strikethrough to reduce irritation. This glove is designed to produce minimal lint and dust and has been laundered prior to final packaging to ensure cleanliness and safety for use. The Oeko-Tex® Association has evaluated and certified this product as skin safe. The liner material is nylon, which offers increased comfort and breathability, while the nitrile coating provides excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance. Nitrile is particularly effective against hydrocarbon-based oils and solvents, making these gloves ideal for industrial jobs requiring the handling of oily parts. The microfoam grip, a patented formulation, allows for a thin coating that enhances grip, dexterity, comfort, and breathability, ensuring controlled grip in both dry and slightly oily conditions. The gloves comply with EN 388 2016 standards, achieving results of 4121AX with an abrasion rating of 4. This style is also available tri-folded and shrink-wrapped for carefree dispensing through vending machines (34-800V).
