The Martin Yale® 2051 SmartFold™ paper folding machine is a fully automatic operation designed for ease of use, capable of handling a wide range of paper weights without the need for adjustments to the feed system, thereby saving time between folding jobs. It features an on-board counter, easy access conveyor, and variable speed settings. The machine is equipped with fully enclosed fold tables for quieter operation and enhanced operator safety. It accommodates sheet sizes ranging from 2.5" x 5.2" to 12" x 18" and paper weights from 18 lb. bond to 90 lb. index. The feed table can hold up to 500 sheets of 8 1/2" x 11", 20 lb. bond paper. It includes a high memory capacity with 7 preset folds and storage for an additional 10 custom folds. The diagnostics mode facilitates quick troubleshooting and setup, allowing for efficient problem-solving in the field. Minimum paper size is 2.5" x 5.2" and maximum paper size is 12" x 18".
