The Rust-Oleum 9100 System 340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, and pools, available in a 5-gallon package. This high solids, next-generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes preparation time, allowing for direct application onto metal and rust. Its self-priming formulation requires only a single coat to achieve a service life comparable to multiple coats of competitive epoxies. The product offers maximum corrosion protection and boasts superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, along with outstanding impact resistance. It features a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, and the versatile base formula can be mixed with all activators, including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, with VOC levels below 340 g/L or 250 g/L.
