The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants, with bearings using two seals or shields being lubricated for life with grease upon manufacture. The bearing is available in a bore range of 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through newly designed seals and shields, as well as suitable grease. Improved accuracy of components yields quiet rotation, while a reduction in power loss from low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
