The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides, which effectively keeps out dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is factory-lubricated with grease for its operational life. The bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. These bearings enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield and appropriate grease selection. Additionally, the improved accuracy of components contributes to quieter rotation, while a reduction in power loss delivers cost and energy savings due to lower and stable running torque.
