The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed applications requiring high accuracy. It features a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is factory-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan. This bearing is available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series). The newly designed seal and shield enhance reliability, while improved component accuracy contributes to quieter operation. The design also aims to reduce overall costs and energy consumption by minimizing power loss through stable and low running torque.
