The radial ball bearing is designed to handle moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its operational life at the time of manufacturing. This bearing is available in sizes with a bore of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series). Enhancements in the design of the seal and shield, along with the use of appropriate grease, contribute to improved reliability. The components have been engineered for quiet rotation and enhanced accuracy, further aiding in cost and energy savings through reduced power loss and stable running torque.
