The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacities in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. For bearings with two seals or shields, they are pre-lubricated with grease for their operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearing is available in sizes with a bore of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The construction ensures quiet rotation via improved component accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings through lower power loss achieved by a low and stable running torque.
