Radial ball bearings are designed with a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed applications requiring high accuracy. These bearings feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearings in the 6000 to 6300 series are available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm, while the 6800 and 6900 series accommodate bore sizes from 10 to 50 mm. Enhanced reliability is achieved through the newly designed seals and shields in conjunction with appropriate grease. Additionally, these bearings promise quiet rotation owing to improved component accuracy, as well as cost and energy savings through reduced power loss achieved by low and stable running torque.
