Radial ball bearings are designed to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire operational life at the time of manufacture. Available in bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), these bearings enhance reliability thanks to recently designed seals and shields, as well as the appropriate grease. The components are engineered for improved accuracy, resulting in quiet rotation, while also contributing to reduced costs and energy consumption through lower power loss facilitated by low and stable running torque.
