The radial ball bearing is designed to accommodate moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available in sizes with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), which enhances reliability through an innovative seal and shield design along with appropriate grease. The design improvements lead to quieter rotation due to enhanced component accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings by reducing power loss through lower and more stable running torque.
