Radial ball bearings exhibit moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. In configurations with two seals or two shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life. Bearings with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and from 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, coupled with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss resulting from low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
