The radial ball bearing is designed to have moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or two shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life during manufacturing. This bearing type includes models with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), which enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, as well as compatible grease. Improved accuracy in component manufacturing ensures quiet rotation, while lower power loss is achieved through reduced and stable running torque, contributing to cost and energy savings.
