The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to effectively prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life at the time of manufacture. The bearings range in bore size from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through newly designed seals, shields, and appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of the components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss contributes to cost and energy savings due to low and stable running torque.
