The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan upon manufacture. This bearing type, with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhances reliability through a newly designed seal and shield combined with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while lower power loss from low and stable running torque helps reduce costs and energy consumption.
