The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series). Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield paired with appropriate grease. Additionally, the bearing is engineered for quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, and it is expected to deliver cost and energy savings through lower power loss, which is attributed to its low and stable running torque.
