The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are used, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available in two series: 6000 to 6300 series with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm, and 6800 to 6900 series with a bore range of 10 to 50 mm. The newly designed seal and shield enhance reliability, while the improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation. Additionally, lower power loss due to low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
