The Radial Ball Bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), which enhances reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while the design also contributes to cost and energy savings due to lower power loss and stable running torque.
