The radial ball bearing offers a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It is equipped with either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the point of manufacture. This bearing type is available in sizes with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and from 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series). The design incorporates newly engineered seals and shields, along with suitable grease, to enhance reliability. Improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while a lower and stable running torque reduces power loss, thus optimizing cost and energy efficiency.
