Radial ball bearings offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They come with rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life at the time of manufacture. The bearings with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) feature newly designed seals and shields along with appropriate grease to enhance reliability. The improved accuracy of components facilitates quiet rotation, while a lower and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, thus saving costs and energy.
