The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life. This bearing is available in the 6000 to 6300 series with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm, and in the 6800 and 6900 series with bore sizes from 10 to 50 mm. Reliability is enhanced through newly designed seals and shields, along with suitable grease formulations. The precision of the components ensures quiet operation, while a reduction in power loss contributes to cost and energy savings through lower and stable running torque.
