The radial ball bearing is designed with moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its lifetime during manufacturing. This bearing is available in sizes with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), which enhances reliability due to the newly designed seal and shield and appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of the components facilitates a quiet rotation, while the design helps reduce costs and energy consumption by minimizing power loss through low and stable running torque.
