The radial ball bearing is designed to handle moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides, which effectively keeps out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacturing. This bearing is available in sizes with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with suitable grease. Improved component accuracy leads to quiet rotation, while a reduction in power loss achieved by low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
