The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its operational lifespan. This bearing is available with a bore diameter ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series, and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through newly designed seals and shields, along with appropriate grease selection. Improved component accuracy ensures quiet rotation, while a reduction in power loss contributes to lower energy consumption and cost savings due to stable and low running torque.
