The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. Bearings with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability with a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation while also contributing to cost savings and energy efficiency through lower power loss and stable running torque.
