Radial ball bearings offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings are equipped with either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. The bearings featuring a bore size of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while lower power loss from reduced running torque leads to cost and energy savings.
