The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its lifetime at the time of manufacturing. The bearing is available in sizes with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. Improved component accuracy leads to quiet operation, while the design also contributes to cost and energy savings by reducing power loss due to lower and stable running torque.
