The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to keep out dirt and contaminants, and when two seals or shields are used, the bearing is lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), which enhances reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while the design contributes to cost and energy savings by minimizing power loss and providing low and stable running torque.
