Radial ball bearings are designed to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides, effectively preventing dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. The bearings with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) offer enhanced reliability due to the newly designed seal and shield, in addition to the use of appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while the design also aims to reduce costs and energy consumption by minimizing power loss through low and stable running torque.
