The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is filled with grease at the time of manufacture for lifetime lubrication. Available in bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, these bearings are designed with newly engineered seals and shields along with appropriate grease to enhance reliability. Improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while lower and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, ultimately leading to cost and energy savings.
