The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are used, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life during manufacturing. With a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), this bearing design enhances reliability through its newly designed seals and shields, along with appropriately selected grease. Improved accuracy of components facilitates quiet rotation, while lower power loss contributes to cost and energy savings due to low and stable running torque.
