The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides, which serve to keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, accompanied by appropriate grease. The design improvements enable quiet rotation, heightened component accuracy, and reduced operational costs and energy consumption due to lower power loss facilitated by low and stable running torque.
