The radial ball bearing is designed with moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm in the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm in the 6800 and 6900 series. Improvements in the seal and shield design enhance reliability, while the use of specially formulated grease contributes to quieter operation and reduced power loss.
