The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is factory-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan. The bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm in the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm in the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, along with an appropriate grease formulation. Additionally, improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation while minimizing cost and energy consumption due to lower power loss from stable running torque.
