The Radial Ball Bearing is engineered to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When both seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life. The bearing accommodates a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through the incorporation of a newly designed seal and shield, along with the use of suitable grease. This design promotes quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings through reduced power loss and stable, low running torque.
