The radial ball bearing is engineered to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are used, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life during manufacturing. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), designed with a newly developed seal and shield that enhances reliability. Improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while lower power loss achieved through low and stable running torque supports cost and energy savings.
