The radial ball bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. The design includes a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When utilizing double seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life upon manufacture. This bearing type is available in two series: the 6000 to 6300 series with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm, and the 6800 and 6900 series with a bore range of 10 to 50 mm, both of which enhance reliability through an innovative design of seals, shields, and appropriate grease. Enhanced accuracy of components contributes to quieter rotation, while lower running torque leads to reduced power loss, yielding potential cost and energy savings.
