The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It includes rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. If two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life upon manufacturing. The bearings are available with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series). Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, along with the appropriate grease. Improved component accuracy ensures quiet rotation, while lower power loss contributes to cost and energy savings by providing low and stable running torque.
