The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It is equipped with a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants, and when two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan upon manufacture. The bearing is available in sizes with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. Enhanced component accuracy is expected to result in quiet rotation, while reduced power loss due to low and stable running torque is anticipated to contribute to cost and energy savings.
