The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It is designed with a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. In models equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. The bearings are available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through newly designed seals and shields, along with appropriate grease. Improved component accuracy results in quiet rotation, while energy and cost savings are achieved due to lower power loss, attributed to low and stable running torque.
