The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It is equipped with either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. Bearings with 10 to 75 mm bore (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm bore (6800 and 6900 series) are designed with newly developed seals and shields that enhance reliability and are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan. Improved accuracy of components results in quiet rotation, while the design aims to reduce costs and energy consumption through lower power loss and consistent running torque.
