The radial ball bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It includes options for rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearing is available with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm in the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm in the 6800 and 6900 series, designed to enhance reliability with newly engineered seals and shields, as well as suitable grease. It is expected to provide quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings through lower power loss attributed to low and stable running torque.
