Radial ball bearings are designed to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. The bearings are equipped with either rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides, which serve to protect against dirt and contaminants. In instances where two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan upon manufacture. The bearings feature a bore size range from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), which enhance reliability through an improved seal and shield design, as well as suitable grease. Enhanced accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while a reduction in power loss is achieved through lower and stable running torque, contributing to cost and energy efficiency.
