Radial ball bearings are designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. The bearing features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. In instances where two seals or two shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearings with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series) enhance reliability through newly designed seals and shields, along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while lower power loss from low and stable running torque promotes cost and energy savings.
