Radial ball bearings are designed to have moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is lubricated with grease for its entire life during manufacturing. The bearings are available with bores ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with suitable grease. The improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss results from reduced and stable running torque, contributing to cost and energy savings.
