It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. For models with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. This bearing type is available in various sizes, including 10 to 75 mm bore for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, paired with appropriate grease. The design also ensures quiet operation due to improved accuracy of components, while lower power loss is facilitated by low and stable running torque, contributing to cost and energy savings.
