Radial ball bearings are designed with a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearings are factory lubricated with grease for their entire service life. The bearings are available with bore sizes from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with suitable grease. Improved accuracy in components ensures quiet operation, while lower power loss achieved through stable running torque contributes to overall cost and energy savings.
