Radial ball bearings are designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides, which effectively prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their operational life upon manufacturing. Models with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series) enhance reliability thanks to a newly designed seal and shield, as well as appropriate grease. Additionally, these bearings provide quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy and facilitate cost and energy savings through reduced power loss attributed to low and stable running torque.
